+ Please ensure your address is correct. Oh Ivy will not be held responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect postal address being provided.
+ If your parcel is returned to us as it has not been collected from an Australia Post depot or mail centre within the time frame detailed by Australia Post or Sendle, it is YOUR responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We are not held responsible for parcels that are not collected.
+ Postage is a flat rate based on the weight of your order. Postage is of $8 for orders under 500g and $12 for orders over 500g within Australia.
+ For orders under 500g, in most cases your package will be left at your front door. If you do not want this to occur, please choose Standard shipping + Signature on Delivery.
+ If you need your order by a specific date, please choose the express post option. Please note that express post orders will be sent within 7 business days of your order being received. Thus you are paying to have your delivered quickly once it leaves us rather than for your order to be processed quicker. All express post orders are sent via Australia Post. It has been our experience that orders often take a minimum of 2 days to arrive once they leave us, even when sent via express post. Again, once your order leaves us we cannot control delivery times. If you order a pre-order item your entire order will be sent via express post once your pre-order item is in stock.
+ Oh Ivy will not be held responsible for orders that are lost or damaged unless the registered post option is chosen at the checkout. This means if you don't add registered post to your order, lost items will not be replaced.
Shipping to New Zealand
+ Shipping costs are based on weight with prices ranging from AU$18 for orders under 250g up to AU$60 for orders between 4 to 6 kg.
+ Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may need to be paid.
+ Please note insurance is not available for international deliveries.
+ Tracking once your order arrives in New Zealand is dependent on what the postal service in New Zealand provides.
+ Please note the free shipping on orders over $120 is not available for New Zealand postal addresses.
